We apologise that our accommodation is not suitable for children under the age of 12 yrs. Children 12 yrs and over will be charged at the full rate

Booking conditions;

• We request on confirmation of the booking that 50% of the balance is paid, and the remainder be paid at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Should the booking have to be cancelled the refund will only be paid in full if notice is given 7 days before the date of arrival.
• All deposits will be acknowledged by email, or letter if required. 
• We apologise that our bed and breakfast accommodation is not suitable for pets.
• Guests are asked to vacate their rooms on day of departure by 10:00am.
• Guests arriving can access their rooms after 2:30pm.
• Please note that currently we are only able to accept payment by cash, BACs, or by cheque with a valid card.
